Total Bummer: ELF Lash & Brow Set

 

ELF 3 Piece Lash & Brow Set....


I have been looking all over the place for a cool little eyelash curler like this one and I knew that I loved the ELF tweezers, so I thought this was going to be a great purchase!! For $3, what could I lose?? Well, first off, the moment I opened it up the eyelash curler fell apart (literally). All the screws came out and it fell to pieces. Then, the eyebrow gel stopper came out so there was nothing to keep all of the product from coming out onto the brush! The tweezers were ok, but I was so super bummed. This is actually the first thing I have ever bought from ELF that I have been super disappointed in.

I decided to give ELF the benefit of the doubt and called customer service to send me a new one. The same thing happened!!! Don't make the same mistake I did. It's not worth it. I think ELF definitely needs to work on redesigning this product because I think it has a lot of potential.

UPDATE: It appears that ELF has pulled this item from their website, but I'm not sure if they are redesigning it or just trashing the idea...will keep you posted!
